Dear Community fans,
Where is the outrage? I have been browsing Twitter, Reddit, Blogs, and so on only to find that everyone is forlorn yet seemingly accepting of Dan Harmon's departure as show runner for Community. We seem to have forgotten the message of the show: you can't pick and chose who your family is. You subtract one and it falls apart. Abed being my favorite character I refuse that real life is unlike television. You can't separate the family that is the Community Staff, Cast, and Dan Harmon.
So what do you do? Well keep your geek rage up. Tweet #FUCKSONY #sixseasonsandamovie #danharmoniscommunity etc. Let Sony hear that rage (directions here) hell, even sign a petition, spam the cast not to return, and keep making GIFs. Do whatever you can to be heard. These tactics, may not acomplish anything but you have to try. But what really matters is: don't watch the show when it returns. You don't replace family. That's all there is too it.
I've already lost Springfield to mediocrity, I don't want to lose Greendale. Be the queen of hearts.
Update: This page has been making the rounds on "the tumblrs" ... saying I am puting Dan Harmon on a pedestal above the rest of the cast and crew. To that I say: read the last sentence of the first paragraph. Community it the product of a great team. If you lose one piece, any piece, you lose the whole.
